In commit b611a52d8 upstream kindly renamed dvorak-intl (which did not have
dead keys) to dvorak-alt-intl. dvorak-intl now has dead keys, so upgrades from
1.8 or earlier to 2.1 will switch the user's keyboard behaviour.

I finally got it to work. There may be some problem with "evdev". But
the new X server doesn't show a background even when it starts
successfully. (The background is just black.) Now I added an "xsetroot
-def" line to the X startup script. It is now usable and that's good
enough for
