Compiz does not start properly for me. The compiz and
gtk-window-decorator processes do start, but the windows stay
undecorated and the mouse moves in a jerky way. The windows are not
managed and they do not accept keyboard focus even whe

Hi,
By doing this (putting a mail-like > in front of U+2218), you're making
vim output U+2218 in bold font (because the mail syntax expresses a
color that result into bold font in your vim configuration). Then xterm
has to draw a bold U+2218. The problem is that for this you need a bold
font that

I have another report on #222 which sounds similar - but to compare, it
might be helpful to know which window manager you're using (in case it's

Well, I upgraded 222-1 today, and this bug is back for me.
I tried applying the xterm-boldmode-2.patch, and with some updates to
work with changed variables in the new version, it works! I've attached
an updated version of the patch.
Please consider applying this..

Hi,
Just to mention that I raised the issue on [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the
reply was that locale syntax is system-specific, and hence they won't
change the default, it's up to the distribution to do it.
