Package: x11-common
Version: 1:7.0.22
Followup-For: Bug #226180
It occured to me that the readline mode of Debian configurator,
DEBCONF_FRONTEND=readline dpkg-reconfigure
will show default prompts when libterm-readline-gnu-perl is installed.
This was suggested by debconf(7) from debconf-doc.

As both of you said, it was a dbus bug, and it's indeed solved.
This thread can be closed and/or transfered to dbus package.
Thanks for everything and sorry for the disturbing.
Regards,
Ramiro.

I noticed the current debconf message which is displayed with priority
critical. Well I have no information about the upgrade problems here and
therefore I am sorry to make noise at this bugreport, I don't want to
interrupt the constructive discussion about this problem, but I want to

Hi,
There are spurious dependencies in the output of xft-config --libs:
-lXft -lX11 -lfreetype -lz -lfontconfig -lXrender -lX11
-lfreetype -lz -lfontconfig -lXrender are _not_ needed in -libs (since
