I'm having problems with tv-out.Debian Linux(etch),xorg 6.9.0.ATI driver
version 8.23.7
If I select PAL (or PAL-M) on the Bios TVOUT setting, when I play a video
with xine,mplayer,or any other xv accelerated video player,the video is
displayed strechte

You need to find which .la file references libXcursor.la, and rebuild
the package it comes from. libXcursor.
