The bug still appears with xfree86 4.2.1 (at least with blaster). Using
the tip from bug 140451 solves the problem for blaster and seems to fix
it for OpenOffice/ StarOffice, too.
Using the driver from http://www.probo.com/timr/xf42sav.tgz also seems
to fix the problems for said software.

Also some changes to keyboard and screen.
This version is hacked for XF4 only, and debconf questions
have been removed.
Should i send the code to this list, if not where ?
