do we make it happen? Because netinst images are important ones and it has
been the consensus of the debian-cd list that users should be pointed to
that one before the full isos.

Hm. Seems to work fine for me, I start the client and after a few seconds
seeds start dropping in.

Yes, the backend storage for the cluster hosting cdimage.debian.org had
lost all its disk enclosures. Replugging some FC fixed it. I'm currently
cleaning up the mess from it being down for a while.

I recommend a resonably modern lftp for downloading.
The dvd isos from cdimage.debian.org has been downloaded and verified
several times, both with regard to file size and MD5SUM.

We haven't moved the released images, just the weekly builds etc. This
move is just to make all the cd bits that aren't the current release go in
the same place, instead of spread out over half a dozen different
locations.
