For the web browser "IBrowse" (Amiga):
Go into Preferences, then Settings, then Network. Under "Accept language" it
will probably show a "*" by default. If you click on the "Locale" button it
should add your preferred language. If not, you can enter it manually. After
that, click "OK".

To set the default language in "Voyager" (Amiga):
Go to Settings then Languages. You can either enter it manually or click on
"Get from locale". Click "OK" when done.

I have a PPC machine with Debian Linux. If I search specifically for
the ppc version of a program on your site, when it gets to the downloads
page it is always for the x86 version. I have to manually go and change
the URL from x86 to ppc.
