Error downloading dvd distribution

Hello, I  am trying to download the dvd distribution of the last stabe released. I tried to download the two files reported on: http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r1/i386/iso-dvd/   while the page state the size of the files as 4Gbyte, when I’ve downloaded they are 300M and 100M.
