mini-HOWTOs. They have long been included into the Singel list of HOWTOs,
at http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/HOWTO-INDEX/howtos.html

What do I have to do to update _count in the consultants page?
I have recently added a consultant from Kenya, so I had to add Kenya to
the countries, but the Kenya_count isn't updated.
