I think that the file webwml/english/News/weekly/CURRENT-ISSUE-IS in the
Debian webwml repository was not updated to reflect the latest DWN
(40/2003). As a consequence, the page http://www.debian.org/News/weekly/
still lists the DWN 39/2003 as current issue.
