Hello listarchive maintainers,
I think I figured this one out. MHonArc has a default header exclude
list that it uses when generating the message headers for the archive.
Message-Id is on this list (see: /usr/share/doc/mhonarc/resources/excs.html).

I'd like that someone applies this patch for me. Christophe's report
didn't say a word about the DebianEdu talk I gave ... maybe he was
sleeping in the morning like many other DD who didn't attend my
conference. :-)

It seems that this is caused because, MHonArc assigns m2h_external
filter to application/pgp by default. To fix this, add the following to
debian.rc:
application/pgp;m2h_text_plain::filter; mhtxtplain.pl
