on lists.debian.org, like http://lists.debian.org/debian-announce/
I've also fiddled with the headings on those pages, to make it less
redundant, and added links to the list statistics.

Considering the 1998 mboxes take just ~ 300 MB, and that mhonarc HTML won't
take up much more, and that there's plenty of free space on the new (well,
not that new anymore :) master, I'm uncompressing the 1998 files.
I'll see about doing the same with the files from 1997.
