http://www.debian.org/doc/cvs should provide a link to the LOG file which
is created by the CRON job (specifically for Makefile for the SGML
of DDP pages).
That way, I, non-Debian-developer but a CVS account holder can be sure
about its Makefile result.

Don't even try to run a validator over that file, it's a template not a
real html file.
