Hello, I would suggest that www.es.debian.org had my language (Catalan)
also, as Catalan is a language close to spain.
I guess the fact is just updating those translated web 'mirrors'.

You should revisit http://www.debian.org/mirror/webmirror and add those
Apache settings near the end of the page to your Apache config files.
Pay attention to the AddLanguage and LanguagePriority options.
