various breakage

http://lists.debian.org/debian-user-0008/threads.html Not Found The requested URL /debian-user-0008/threads.html was not found on this server. And yet a link to that url appeared on http://lists.debian.org/ Also, spi-inc.org is quite broken. Not sure if this list deals with that site though. -
