Josip already addressed my main comment, which is to use devel/nmadmin/index.wml instead of devel/newmaint.wml for the main page. If you need to use a cgi script, they can be added to /debian2/web/cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin on master. Tell me if you wish to do this and I'll add you to the debwww group
