I looked into namazu a few months ago. I seem to recall that it was
missing some functionality that was needed. I'll take another look

Josip already addressed my main comment, which is to use
devel/nmadmin/index.wml instead of devel/newmaint.wml
for the main page.
If you need to use a cgi script, they can be added to
/debian2/web/cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin on master. Tell
me if you wish to do this and I'll add you to the
debwww group

I have recently updated the devel/maintainer_contacts page with all the
latest information I could find (it took me quite some time to find it
all!). However, there don't seem to be links to that page from anywhere.
