reindexing glimpse

Hi, I figured out what's wrong with glimpse -- apparently every one of its indices needs to be regenerated. Therefore, that is being done now. :) Oh and there were some y2k-handling-isms in scripts/buildindex and cgi-bin/searchlists that I fixed, too. -- 2. That which causes joy or happine
