This URL doesn't work. http://people.debian.org/~treacy/urlcheck does.
Now that www.d.o is running potato, I was able to switch to the new
urlchecker. It has many advantages over the old one:
- faster
- gives better messages
- handles more sites correctly
- also checks ftp
- written in python :)
