This mistake is due to the recent update to Debian Constitution
(v1.8). Vote counting was moved from A.6 to A.5. I have fixed this in
the repo. The fix should be online in a few hours. Thank you!

variation is spelled out in the the constitution, specifically, ยง A.6."
However section A of the Constitution
