Bug#108702: Cannot search for Japanese keyword (at least).

Package: listarchives Severity: wishlist Glimpse (http://lists.debian.org/search.html) cannot search for a Japanese keyword. It is caused by the following reason. 1) Japanese emails are usually encoded in ISO-2022-JP. 2) Common webbrowsers send Japanese letters in EUC or Shift-JIS encoding AFAIK.
