The main download link on https://www.debian.org/download is broken. It
goes to debian-11.6.0-amd64-netinst.iso, but that's removed and 11.7 is
up now.
Also

are all returning 403 forbidden error messages.

The Linux Documentation Project [1] is mentioned in Debian's docs and on its
site, often as the only source of general GNU/Linux docs. As far as I can see,
it is largely an outdated resource; floppy disks are regularly mentioned, there
are links to software tarballs, etc. I
d was told to post a bug report, but I
can't find the tracker for the website.

Debian now supplies a tool named Apt (for "A Package Tool") to help the
administrators to add or remove software more easily
on http://packages.debian.org/stable/base/locales for
example, What does the large red [security] label
mean?
Is this package a security risk? Does this update fix a
security hole? Is this package one of the select few
which are very secure?
Thanks for your time,
Tom

The 3rd and 4th lines are definately out of place, and link to the
non-existent packages "to" and "a"!

There's a y2k problem on the page where the mailing list archive can

older years.
It's not a huge problem,
