Rationale:
The word "current" is confusing, especially in the context
set by the precedin
Starting from the english web page
https://www.debian.org/index.en.html,
links bring me to German pages,
probably because I happen to have
an IP from Germany. I don't think
this should be default behavior,
but at least there should be a way
to opt out from forced local language.
