on [Bug Reports] on the right side to view the appropriate bug reports
for Buster, then it shows me the bug reports for openssh in unstable
instead.

I would suggest to add a pointer to the changelog
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/d/debian-policy/current/changelog
on the Debian Policy page. This would help to verify
the compliance if control needs to be updated.
