Index page included debianday.js from external source for some hours

Hi, I just noticed that for some hours the debian index page included http://homes.dcc.ufba.br/~caiosba/debianday/debianday.js - ref http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/webwml/webwml/english/index.wml?r1=1.86&r2=1.87 (Or maybe the change never went live?) I don't object to including some (harmless)

Patch for distrib/netinst.wml - 2nd try

(This is a re-post of my message from February 7th of 2011.) Hi! It seems some lines are mixed up in the "Tiny CDs, USB sticks, etc." section. Shouldn't the "Here are the links ..." be the last paragraph as it is in the "Network boot" section? Patch attached. Regards, Hans --- netinst.wml.orig

Hi! I guess it's just me, but I think the statement "Debian 6.0.0 was initially released on February 6th, 2011" is a little bit strange. See http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/index.en.html "Debian 6.0.0" was released February 6th, 2011 and only once. Then came "Debian 6.0.1" which was release

Help message from po/Makefile

2011-02-07 Thread Hans F. Nordhaug
Hi! AFAICT there is no documentation on how to use po/Makefile. On http://www.debian.org/devel/website/translating we can read about "make init-po" to create new templates in an empty po directory. However, there is nothing about how to update the po files. I ended up reading english/po/Makefile
