There is a problem with fetching translations via DDTSS (I didn't try
the email interface). Right now for packages with no translations, the
oldest available description is fetched. For example translating
kanjidic to german (but seen as well with akonadiconsole, libfuse-dev,
libphonon-dev

This is because there are no updates of the changelogs since at least April,
1st.
Take for example the package kdebindings: version 4.4.5-5 was uploaded on
April, 1st[1],
but the folder for the changelog[2] hasn't been updated. The most recent
