Yeah, but the pages are in American, not English :-) If someone would
volunteer to do a British English translation of the website, I'm sure
we could change that.
That's where you made your first mistake, innit.

rts 8-bit ASCII is also compatible with UTF-8. Also, the portions
that are used for English (the 7-bit characters) are shared between the
8-bit encodings.
So unless you're specifically trying to encode non-English text inside
your English documents, UTF-8 should be OK.
