When I see "Debian Weekly News", I now read in my mind "Debian Monthly
News", but looking at http://www.debian.org/News/weekly/ I thought maybe
with the release of Etch it was going to be "Debian Bi-Monthly". Not
so, the page just doesn't have an explicit 24 April 2007 iss

Answer: Your system does no know about the volatile archive's digital
key. To fix this problem, follow the these instructions on how
to add the needed key.
