It seems like file lists for arch all packages on packages.debian.org are
broken? For example:
https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/pyqt5-dev/filelist

I notice that on the start page https://www.debian.org/ the navbar containing
- "Blog"
- "Micronews
- "Planet"
is translated, but AFAICT not on any other pages. For example
https://www.debian.org/intro/ or https://www.debian.org/distrib/
First I thought it was because english/template/debia
