my surgery went well and I'm ready to come to a Web team sprint. I

This is not a huge utility and users would not see a difference, but it
will allow the site to comply with HTML5 standards and allow HTML5
developers to navigate even though HTML4 standards are sufficient.
We do not have to upgrade to HTML5 :)
