broken link on all virtual package pages

Hi I noticed that there is a broken link in all pages for virtual packages, such as: https://packages.debian.org/it/sid/virtual/editor the link "definition of virtual packages" points to: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-binary.html#s-virtual_pkg which returns "Page not found" where
