Connection to Debian machines is very slow when IPv6 doesn't work.
For instance, "bts show --mbox ..." took 30 minutes.
And with reportbug,

i also think a link to the new package tracker should replace the link
to the old pts; especially since the old pts suggests to look at the new
tracker in big red letters ;)
