List items in http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ are displayed with serif
because serif is specified as a default font-family in the root html
element in http://bugs.debian.org/css/bugs.css like this:
html {
color: #000;
background: #fefefe;
font-family: serif;
margin: 0;
