Hmm, why does http://higgs.djpig.de/debian-www/releases/ still refer to
woody under stable? The wm
imho content negotiation should only be used for initial pages
and there should be an easy way to choose language manually if content
negotiation gets it wrong

That is not correct. The link is broken if the name does not match
