Hi.
I want apply the following patch to stattrans.pl, that adds
links to the log entry page for outdated files. I would find
this very usefull for translating.

I just noticed, that there is a file in MailingLists/desc/bugs/
named debian-bugs-reports, but that list do not appear on
(un)subscribe (because it's not in the lists.cfg) or lists.debian.org.
Is this a bug or intentional?
