The web page is on lists.debian.org. The first link in the pages explains
where the list server is, too. I'm not sure why it's necessary to kludge in
another sentence explicating where the lists are at.
On related note, that list includes only lists that have a public archive.

Because it's nice to have the icon for all the pages. Some browsers
(Opera, Konqueror) display the icon at all times, not only when
bookmarking, but the icon must be linked from the page.
