This sentence does not make a sense without a verb:

I suggest changing it to:

I believe searching has been broken for a while now, mainly because
searchlists is run in domain cgi-bin.d.o, but creates relative links
to messages (which only exist in lists.d.o). This tiny (untested)
patch might be a quick fix?

In English, they are the same word. Is this the same for all languages
or should I make a new tag?
