stats.debian.org and mips machines

I did some DNS maint today. I created Job Bogan's MIPs machines under debian.net, redirected vote.debian.org into the main web space (along with packages and lists) and created stats.debian.org. stats has all the statistics data we collect, webalizer logs, mrtg graphs, etc. If someone would like
