find people willing to act as "admins/organizers". Many people have
expressed their willingness to help, but we still a least one person
to do the coordination.
2. fundraising. Here, many people said they would be willing to help,
but we need coordinator(s).

That's indeed a good idea. However, it's a hard bit to say yes or no
without any indication on the number of interns (not completely
impossible that we will have two if the fundraising continues like that)
and their expected travel costs.
