GTK2 and tutorial

Hello *, I have some projects which are generaly console tools (I hate the X). Now I was giving up and coded some GUI's using xdialog... Nice, but not realy what I want... Since I am coding C, PHP, TCL and BASH, I want to look into GTK2... ...but I do not understand the docs "libgtk2.0-doc". M
