I've packaged simulavr-1.0 for my system (debian 7.3) and would like to
share
it upstream.
Have already read a lot of doc and guides about maintaining packages and
think
this is the good starting point.

Not really a fork but the wiki[1] clearly points that xmms2
should completly substitute xmms if the development is in a
