believe this is a future issue for specification (RFC?) to
standardize encoding used in HTTP request-line and HTTP header,
but life would be much easier if mod_dav (and others) can handle
various encodings sent by clients, TODAY. This module does just that.

I request adoption for Unicode::Japanese perl module.
Now I do not use the module at all. This module can be almost
prelaced by perl built-in Encode modules.
However this can handle "EMOJI" of the mobile phones, someone
may needs the feature. Would anyone like to ma
plugin supported Japanese encodings for xmms
This package provides another Mpeg Layer 1/2/3 plugin that support
ID3 in japanese (and other) encodings.

It is a binary compatibility alternative to Apache module mod_fastcgi.
mod_fcgid has a new process management strategy, which concentrates on
reducing the number of fastcgi server, and kick out the corrupt fastcgi
server as soon as possible.
