Hi. The version of zpaq included with debian, 1.10, is completely obsolete as the current version is 7.02. Moreover, it is buggy as the configs files don't work out of the box nor the optimization for speed. So my first goal is to create a completely new package. The build-dep for zpaq are simple

What is the procedure to close old RFP bugs?

Hi. It seems to me more than a few RFP bugs are very old and very unlikely to be happilly resolved. Do you have any procedure in place to mark those as "wont fix" and then close those? By example, bug #494921, "RFP: ttf-jgaramond -- Garamond-like font"[1] is, imho, very unlikely to ever becom
