Unfortunately I can't get ivtools to build until ace gets updated to
new upstream version (see #317488).
I've fixed the most of the open bugs so far. Some of the changes done
so far:
* ivtools-dev has been renamed to libiv0-dev
* ivtools-interviews and ivtools-unidraw have been merged into packa
