Hi!
Having been reading debian-devel, node-is-obj seemed familiar.
It turns out this module has been already packaged by Gaurav Juvekar
and the package has been uploaded on 25 Jan 2017.
I am merging the two ITPs.

This is a duplicate of https://bugs.debian.org/850251
To check for existing ITPs before filing one, you can use wnpp-check
from the devscripts package:
$ wnpp-check node-is-npm
(ITP - #850251) http://bugs.debian.org/850251 node-is-npm

"affects" information in the bug system.

I assume you can fix gcc-doc-defaults bug #905022 after gcc-8-doc becomes
available?
