As I don't use this package anymore, and haven't done so in years, I'm
not the best maintainer for it.
Its current version, 3.0-8, is lintian clean, and only has two bugs
related to building on Alpha (perhaps 64 bits related).

gupsc has been abandoned upstream since 4 years ago, meanwhile nut has been
actively maintained. As a result, gupsc is a bit outdated. As I have no
interest in adopting it from upstream, I'm orphaning it.

ScEd has been unmaintained upstream since June 2000. In the meantime
Blender has become a killer free software app for 3D scene editing and
rendering, so I have no use for ScEd. Therefore I'm orphaning it.
