I had a look at the project and it looks like a lot of the files have an
"All rights reserved" with no explicit license allowing us to
redistribute it. I noted that their eclipse feature says it is under
CPL, but I am not sure if that is enough f

Unfortunately GPL and EPL (which eclipse is licensed under) are
incompatible and we therefore cannot package this plugin. I have
contacted upstream about this in private and hope they will reconsider
their license.
