the source of emacs.app has been merged into the official
gnu emacs version (23.x in cvs) as can be seen at:
http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/emacs/nextstep/?root=emacs
once emacs 23.x is shipped with debian this bug should be
reassigned to emacs and be built from that source using
./configure
