This is a script to translate between one document format to another.
License is GPL, as recently posted to debian-devel, with some
bugfixes, and more document formats being supported.

The dcl package needs a better maintainer. I have not had the
time to update it for a couple of months and there are quite a lot
of upstream development. One good thing to do is to merge it
with phpgroupware in the same way as the upstream author have done.
