Hey Jon,
I think this could be a nice package for a beginner like me.
I've only skimmed through the new maintainer guide but I've already
packaged for Ubuntu in the past.
Anyhow, I plan on adopting this package. I just need a bit more time on
the whole joining Debian process. :)

Hi folks, I picked up wallpaper-tray to fix an RC bug in
the Etch freeze. I've since stopped using it, and upstream
have re-written it in C++. I think therefore if the package
is still desired, it would make sense for someone else to
package it.
