All the test/test_fapi.py tests fail with:
RuntimeError: Could not find fapi config at ['/etc/tpm2-tss/fapi-config.json',
'/usr/local/etc/tpm2-tss/fapi-config.json'], set env var TSS2_FAPICONF
So please set TSS2_FAPICONF to some value that can be used in the test or
disable the tests in that
